Why
should I become a member of The Coach Connection?
1. To get clients
2. To be part of a great community
3. To establish another income stream by making referrals
4. To have us promote your workshops, classes, etc.
TCC
refers clients to its members only. While we support all coaches
everywhere, we are only able to refer clients to Member Coaches.
When you become a TCC Member Coach your information
is put into our database and we set up payment arrangements with
you. Any coach can become a member of TCC by contacting us,
filling out an information form and agreeing on terms and conditions.
Do
I have to quit membership in other coaching groups?
No, TCC Member Coaches can be members of any
other group they choose. There are no restrictions placed on our
coaches. In fact, we encourage all coaches to develop their professional
community by increasing membership in other groups.
Will TCC membership guarantee me clients?
No.
We promise that appropriate clients will be given your contact information.
The client will then have the choice of contacting you (and up to
two other coaches) to decide whether or not to use you as her/his
coach. We believe that TCC's prescreening and matching process
will get most Member Coaches far more clients. Whether
or not you ever actually get clients, and the number of clients
you do get, will depend on your abilities. We are attracting prospects,
screening them for clients and then finding a coach that fits them
from our pool of TCC Member Coaches.
Can Member Coaches count on being called to coach a TCC client? No! TCC has no way to anticipate which clients will sign up and how many and which clients will be athe right match for coaches. TCC has no quota system and only select coaches who best match the clients.
What's the difference between TCC and other groups that offer a
list of coaches to a client?
The major difference is human contact. We have highly trained people
who have access to our coaches' information interview each prospective
client to try to determine the most appropriate coaches for that
person. We encourage our interviewers and TCC Member
Coaches to get to know each other in order to facilitate
this "matching." Most other referring groups reduce either
or both the client and the coach to categories in a database.
